Internship Forms for Students

You must request approvalat least two weeks in advance of the internship start date in order forthe Internship Office to process your request and to register the internship with ҵ. There are four reasons for which your internship would require registration:

  1. the internship is taking place in France
  2. to receive universitycredit
  3. the employer requires ҵ’s signature on a contract
  4. to fulfill a Global Professional Skills (GPS) Program requirement.

If one of the above reasons applies to your internship,you must complete the appropriate form below. In France, interning without student status and without an internship contract is illegal.

To extend or shorten your current internship, you must request approval and an official amendment (avenant)to your French internship contract. Use the appropriate form below to request this.
